How Parful works for golf clubs
The order below is the order you will hit it. The first two steps you do once. The rest repeat every outing, and most of the last two happen on their own once the scores are in.

Set up the club
A club name and a home course is enough to create the club. Picking the course brings its tee sets with it: yardages, pars, stroke indexes, ratings, and slopes. If your course is not in the database of more than 30,000, you can build it hole by hole, and it then behaves like any other course.

- Automatic sync with an official handicap service runs for linked clubs where it is supported, and is not required
- Roles run from owner down to scorer, so whoever runs Saturday does not need access to billing
- Every change is recorded, so you can see who edited what
What you need
A name and a course. Members can come later. Nothing further down is blocked while the roster is empty.
Add your members
The roster is what everything else reads from: groups, scoring, standings, email, dues. It is worth twenty minutes to get it clean, and Parful is built to stop the two things that quietly break it later, which are duplicate records and lost history.

What members get
A portal in their phone browser with the next outing, their group and tee, their handicap movement, and their season. There is nothing to install.
Open the outing and build the field
Members sign up from their phones. Groups generate from the entry list, and you fix by hand the things software cannot know, like who travels together and who should not be drawn together. Registration, groups, scoring, and results are tabs on one outing, so nothing gets exported from one tool to build a tee sheet in another.

On the day
Scoring links go out by QR code, PIN, or direct link. Tee sheets, player lists, and scorecards print from the same screen.
Take the money
Entries, add ons, merchandise, and sponsor packages sell through the club store with card checkout. Financials is the ledger underneath, with every payment attached to the outing it belongs to, so reconciling the season is not an evening with a spreadsheet.

Dues work differently
Parful tracks dues and renewals, meaning who has paid, who has not, and who is about to lapse. It does not collect them. Take payment the way your club already does and keep the status here.

Score the round
One scorer per group, working in the phone browser. No app, no accounts, nobody downloading anything on the first tee. Gross, net, and Stableford resolve from the same card, side games settle alongside them, and each hole that lands moves the boards the clubhouse is watching.

What you see
Scoring status by group: who is moving, who has stalled on the twelfth, who has not started. You can score for a group that is struggling.
One scorecard, every result it counts toward
A player scores once. That round resolves the day’s prizes, the knockout match they were playing, and their position in the season race, from the same card, with no second entry anywhere. Every re entry is a chance to get it wrong, and clubs lose more evenings to reconciling three versions of one result than to any other admin.

Close it out before you leave
When the last card is in, you close out the outing. Winners and prizes resolve, standings move, statistics record, handicaps revise, and the public results page goes live while people are still at the bar. Then the public club page carries the season on its own until the next one, and duplicating the outing you just finished starts the next fixture.
