Golf club, society & league management

Run your whole golf seasonin one place

For member-run golf clubs, societies, leagues, golf trips and groups of friends who play together. Members, outings, registration, live scoring, side games, competitions, handicaps and season standings, through the whole year.

Free for up to 16 members. Bigger clubs get a 30-day full-access trial, then $9.99 a month. Every club gets every feature.

Who it is for

If you play together, this is your club.

Parful Clubs is built for any group that plays golf together more than once. The size of the group and the name on the door do not matter. A roster, a schedule and a way to keep score do.

Also a fit for team cup weekends, annual buddy trips, company leagues, traveling societies, club championships, season-long competitions and other recurring golf groups.

One roster.Every result reads from it.

The foundation

Set up once. The season runs on it.

Members, courses and the schedule live in one place. Every tee sheet, leaderboard and standings table reads from the same records, so a change made once carries through the whole club.

Keep the roster current
Members, contact details, handicaps, status and dues in one roster. Changes carry into groups, scoring and standings instead of living in separate files.
Choose from 30,000+ courses
Tees, ratings and slopes flow into playing handicaps, scorecards and results, with a custom course builder for anywhere the database does not cover.
Handicaps managed by the club
Each player’s handicap sits on the roster and the club keeps it: entered by hand, imported from a spreadsheet or updated in bulk, with every change in the player’s history. Playing handicaps come from the course’s tees, rating and slope. Every round is recorded, and a player with a Parful account also gets a Parful handicap worked out from their rounds. Official numbers can be recorded under the player’s country’s system; no live link to a national handicap service is switched on today.

Outing day

Run every outing from one place.

Set the date and course, assign the competition, open registration, collect payments, build groups, score the round and publish the results, all from the same screen.

Members register and pay online
Registration from their phones, with capacity, waitlists and guests handled. You see who is in and who has paid.
Scoring that works on the course
Players enter scores from their phones while the club follows the leaderboard as the round develops. No app download, no accounts.
The clubhouse watches it live
The clubhouse TV board and the public leaderboard update live, and the organizer sees scoring status per group.

Side games

Skins, Nassau and the side bets, settled from the same card.

Players start a game from the outing page on their phone: skins for the group, a Nassau against a mate, Vegas in pairs, Rabbit, Wolf, Snake and thirty more. Scores come from the normal scorecard, so nobody keeps a second tally, and the standings move as the holes land.

More than thirty games, one scorecard
Skins, Nassau, Wolf, Vegas, Dots, Rabbit, Snake, Nines, Sixes, Bingo Bango Bongo and the rest, with the rules a tap away. Most games read the strokes on the card. A few need a little more on the hole: Wolf the partner pick, Snake and fewest putts the putts, closest to the pin the winner, and fairway or bunker games their marks.
Players run them, not the committee
Anyone in the field starts a game, invites their group or opens it to everyone, and picks gross, net or Stableford. Whole-field pools like the birdie pool, greenies and sandies work the same way.
Optional stakes, agreed by everyone
Put dollars or units on a game if you want. The wager only starts once every player has accepted the exact terms, and a cap on the maximum loss is one setting.
Live during the round, final at close-out
Standings update as scores come in. When the outing is closed out the results freeze, and the finished games stay on the results page with a hole-by-hole breakdown.

Golf trips

Run every day of the trip in one place.

Add the players once, create an outing for each course, give each day its own competition, run the side games from the same scorecard and keep one standings table across the trip.

How a golf trip runs on Parful

A four-day trip, for example

  1. Day 1StablefordWolf in every fourball
  2. Day 2Stroke play, netNassau in pairs, front, back and overall
  3. Day 3Team cup sessionTwo teams, match play, points carried to the team total
  4. Day 4Stroke playSkins across the whole field, and the trip standings decided

The outing ends. The standings already know.

The competition engine

Keep the season moving.

Stroke play, Stableford, singles and doubles match play, brackets and team formats, all resolved from the same members, handicaps and scores. Results feed season standings, with divisions and configurable points.

Knockouts, cups and championships
Brackets seed automatically and winners advance as scores land, with walkovers, concessions and doubles handled.
Season standings that run themselves
Every finalized result moves the points race, with divisions and a drill-down for every player.
Finish once and everything updates
One close-out resolves prizes, standings, statistics and the public results page, and records every round, while everyone is still in the clubhouse.

Members & money

The club they see. The books you keep.

The public page and the member portal are generated by the same system the committee runs the club with, and every payment lands in a ledger that shows what has been paid and what is still owed.

Give members one place to check the club
Upcoming outings, results, standings and competitions on a public page that stays current on its own.
The member portal on their phone
Members register for outings, see their group and tee, and follow their handicap and season history from their phone.
Know what has been paid
Dues status, outing and registration payments, refunds and transaction history, with reconciliation and exports for the committee.

Parful tracks dues and renewals; it does not collect them. When a club takes money online, such as entry fees or store sales, the buyer pays one service fee at checkout, card processing plus Parful’s service fee, so the club receives its full price. A club can choose to absorb the fee instead.

The Report Center

Every sheet the club prints, ready before the day.

Pick a report and see the exact page before it goes to paper. Tee sheets, scorecards, results, prize lists and season tables come from the same records as everything else, so the sheet on the noticeboard matches the standings on the club site.

The day, on paper
Tee sheet, group scorecards, attendance sheet and player list for each outing, from the groups you built. The pro shop gets its tee sheet by email at six on the morning.
Results and prizes
The results leaderboard ranked by net, gross or points, prize winners for the presentation, bracket draws and posters, and match results.
The season in print
Season standings, the prize list for presentation night, the handicap list, the attendance register and a one-sheet season summary.
Preview, print, export
See the report as it will print, then print it, save it as a PDF or export the results to a spreadsheet. Every sheet remembers when it was last generated and by whom.

Clubs questions

Can I use Parful for a golf society or league?

Yes. Clubs, societies, leagues, golf trips and groups of friends are the same product: a roster, a schedule of outings, competitions and season standings. If you run one or two golf days a year instead, that is Parful Tournaments.

Can I use Parful for a golf trip or a group of friends?

Yes. Set up the group as a club, add a round for each day, score from phones and let the standings and a knockout bracket decide the winner. A regular group of friends works the same way, and up to 16 members is free with no time limit.

Can we run skins, Nassau and other side bets?

Yes. Players start side games from the outing page on their phones: skins, Nassau, Wolf, Vegas, Rabbit, Snake, Dots and more than thirty others. Most games read the strokes on the card. A few need a little more on the hole: Wolf the partner pick, Snake and fewest putts the putts, closest to the pin the winner, and fairway or bunker games their marks. Stakes are optional and a wager starts only once every player has accepted its terms.

Can we print tee sheets, scorecards and results?

Yes. The Report Center lists every sheet the club can print, including tee sheets, group scorecards, attendance sheets, results, prize winners, bracket draws and season standings, and shows each one exactly as it will print before you print it or save it as a PDF.

Can I import my existing member list?

Yes. Import from your association’s standard member export, and likely duplicates are flagged before they split a member’s scoring record.

Can members register and pay for outings online?

Yes. Members register from their phones, with capacity, waitlists and guests handled. Entries, add-ons and merchandise sell through the club store with card checkout.

Can players enter scores from their phones?

Yes. Players score in their phone browser using a QR code, PIN or link. There is no app to download, and the leaderboard updates as cards come in.

Can Parful run season-long standings?

Yes. Finalized outing and competition results feed season standings automatically, with divisions and configurable points.

Can we use Parful for match play competitions?

Yes. Singles and doubles match play with single and double elimination brackets, round robin, flights, walkovers and concessions. Public bracket pages and printable posters with QR codes are built in. Team cup weekends are built in too: two teams, sessions of match play and a public cup board with the points to win.

Does Parful manage member handicaps?

Yes.

Is Parful golf course management software?

No. Parful runs the golf a group plays: members, outings, scoring, competitions and standings. It is not course or facility software, so there is no public tee-time booking, no pro-shop till and no course operations. A club that owns a course can use Parful for its members’ golf alongside the course’s own systems.

How much does Parful Clubs cost?

Free for clubs with up to 16 active members, with no card and no time limit. Bigger clubs start with a 30-day full-access trial, then pay $9.99 a month, one price for every club from 17 to 300 members. Over 300, the price is set with you during the trial. Every club gets the full product, with no feature gates. It is billed monthly by card, and you can cancel any time from the club’s Billing page.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Clubs with up to 16 active members simply stay free; a club that later grows past 16 gets its 30-day trial then. A bigger club that has not started paying when the trial ends becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, your data stays visible and exportable, and operating resumes as soon as you start paying. A club that cancels stays active to the end of the month it paid for, then becomes read-only the same way.

Can I see a real club before signing up?

Yes. Use See a Live Club to browse a real club running on Parful, including its schedule, results, competitions, standings and public leaderboards, with no account and nothing to install.
